Casper in Afghanistan

KANDAHAR, AFGHANISTAN (2009) In his new job with the DOD, here are some recent photo of our Casper Chuck Merkel on the job.

The top photo to the right was taken at a luncheon to celebrate the Birthday of the United States Air Force. In the other photos, Chuck is delivering a keynote speech at that event. Chuck is onboard a C17 on a flight between Manas, Kyrgyzstan, and Bagram, Afghanistan.
