Don McKeough, who was the pilot who landed nearby to get the pilot and crew chief, Rick Canning claims the Pilot was Ronald Hurst from TN. Also the pilot who "slung" the helicopter out, Gordy/Andy Anderson, also verified it was Ron Hurst.
